1.1 Passport Check Carry out monthly certification check. The tracker gives details of Offshore Certification and Passport dates expiry. If a passport is due to expire within 3 months, highlight red and advise the person whose passport it is and also the Operations Manager.
The Engineer can also inform the Operations Coordinator that their passport needs to be renewed.
