01.PR005 Monthly Directors Meetings 1.1 Arrange Meeting
Each Director to should schedule monthly review meetings, with their Business Unit Managers.

These meetings are not required on months when quarterly management meetings are due.
  2.2 Review Relevant Sections
Carry out systematic review of each business area. The relevant sections of the quarterly management meeting process should be used to drive the meeting agenda.

-Detailed review of individual Operational Improvement Project progress.

-Detailed review of current Functional Business Unit performance.

-Discuss matters arising; agree and assign actions.

15.PR002 Business Governance 1.1 Quarterly Board Meeting
Quarterly meeting with the following objectives:

-Review Business Risk and Opportunities Assessment. Ensure document is current and relevant.

-Review Strategic Business Plan and ensure alignment with Business Risk and Opportunities Assessment.

-Review progress towards objectives and plans detailed in the Strategic Business Plan and agree any actions arising.

-Undertake formal business as required by the company's Articles of Association.

The Quarterly Board Meeting will be scheduled to follow the quarterly management meeting (see below)
  1.2 Quarterly Management Meeting
Quarterly meeting with the following objectives:

-To ensure that a detailed review of all areas of the business is carried out by the full management team on a quarterly basis
  1.3 Monthly Management Meeting
Monthly meeting with the following objectives:

-High level review of Operational Improvement Project progress.

-Assess current business performance against current KPIs

-Prioritize current operational improvement opportunity schedule based on revised KPI assessments

-Agree Operational Improvement Project Program for next three months, assign and agree responsibilities.
