3.3 Book training room Book the training room for the duration of the course and send Outlook calendar invites to; Course instructor (BINDT approved trainer) Operations Manager Business Systems Manager Training Coordinator

4.1 Site Induction The BINDT Approved Trainer and Metron Training Coordinator, should make themselves known to the delegates upon arrival at the premises, and advise on how they can be contacted throughout the course. All delegates must be given a Visitor Health & Safety Information leaflet when they arrive on site, detailing Fire Evacuation Plans, First Aid, Accident Reporting and House Rules. Point out the information displayed on the notice boards and provide the location of washroom services. Complete the Metron Visitor Induction Checklist for each delegate. The induction checklists should be handed back to the Training Coordinator.

4.3 Issue training notes to students and introduce reference Material Students are to be informed of any ongoing training assessments. This will be facilitated by the Trainer.
Students are also advised counselling is offered based on ongoing training assessment results.

4.4 Deliver Training All tutors will be assigned with overall responsibility for each validated course of training. Written consent will be sorted prior to any tutor delivering training.
Once written consent is received this will be plcaed on file and subject to audit.
Continual assessments undertaken during the course are to be recorded on the relevant Course Continuous Assessment Form and saved. Should the need for Student counselling be identified the student will be informed and results monitored before the student can undertake the final course assessment. Records of all counselling are to be identified and recorded on the relevant Course Continuous Assessment Form and retained on the LMS when completed and signed by both the Trainer and Student. Any counselling will be facilitated by the trainer. This will be performed on a one-one basis or as deemed necessary by the trainer. The training will be supported by Metron's support team through the duration._

4.5 Carry out Final Course Assessment Final course assessment to be undertaken as per BINDT exam condition requirements and will be invigilated by the trainer.

The student may score below the required pass mark on individual modular tests providing the overall score exceeds the minimum requirement. Students failing individual modules shall be subject to the mandatory counselling process.
If the Students fails a final course assessment/test they are permitted a second attempt following extra tuition/counselling. The second attempt must use different test papers and materials from those used in the initial attempt.

5.1 Update User Records Update records. All student information identified to be stored securely for no less than 10 years and is to include the following information as a minimum: Delegate Personal Details Form Date of enrolment and completion of training Course on which enrolled and the training location/venue Trainers and assessors involved Records of daily progress assessments Records of counselling End of course assessment and record of results attained
